很差，不推薦，管理團隊感覺完全豪無豪華酒店管理經驗，總體而言酒店更像是四星左右水平。 1、衞生條件很差，地面臟，喝水的杯子極臟，應該是上一位客人用過後沒換 2、驅蟲不到位，有像蜱蟲一樣的蟲子（如是蜱蟲則有傳染病風險），以及，酒店提供的漱口杯里有活壁虎！！！ 3、設施破敗，淋浴花灑漏水，淋浴們關不緊，空調聲音巨大無比。房間有綠燈一直閃爍，睡覺時無法關閉，見視頻 4、酒店門僮長年缺席

?? 位置：獨一無二，城市中心的秘密花園酒店就坐落在福康寧公園里面！醒來就是滿眼綠意，出門就是歷史遺跡和網紅打卡步道。但奇妙的是，走到繁華的烏節路或熱鬧的克拉碼頭，也僅僅需要幾分鐘。真正實現了“出門繁華，入門靜謐”。 ??? 房間：殖民風與現代感的完美碰撞我住的房型將老南洋的優雅和現代簡約融合得超好。房間質感超棒，石材和木材的運用顯得特別高級。但最最驚艷的是浴室！對著公園綠意的梳化空間簡直是治癒神器，怎麼拍都出片。 ?? 酒店本身：就是一道風景酒店主體是一棟純白色的歷史建筑，在綠樹掩映下格外好看。整體氛圍安靜私密，像個小眾的藝術度假村。 ??? 餐飲：意料之外的意式驚喜酒店里的 L‘AMO餐廳主打意大利菜，環境和菜品都很在線。酒店的早餐是精致的單點式，比普通的自助早餐更有儀式感。 ?? 我的真實入住貼士： 1. 位置：酒店在公園深處，跟著導航走，第一次到達時那種“柳暗花明”的感覺很妙。 2. 體驗：下午1點退房的政策非常人性化，可以慢悠悠吃個早餐再整理。 3. 服務：員工態度很好，有會中文的服務人員，特別感謝Rebecca貼心的服務，溝通完全沒問題。 4. 適合誰：特別適合情侶、追求獨特體驗、喜歡拍照和安靜氛圍的旅行者。總之，如果你想避開千篇一律的濱海灣酒店，找一家真正有特色、能融入本地氛圍的 design hotel，Mett絕對會讓你印象深刻。

Wanted to have a break away from the city with my wife and came across this new (kind of) hotel in Fort Canning. For those curious, it was the former Hotel Fort Canning. Well furnished to give you the luxury experience. Staff are all well-trained and seems like veterans of the hospitality industry here in Singapore. Check-In experience was average. Supposedly asked us for our choice of drinks for “Welcome Drink”, but it never got served. We chose the Park View Junior Suite as choice of room. Well sized with a separate living space, very nicely curated list of drinks within mini-bar (of course they cost $). Wanted to clarify the night before, where the breakfast would be and was led to the in-house restaurant. But turns out not to be. Breakfast quality was decent. Cosy space and ambience, ideal for a quiet breakfast. Main reason for the 3-star review was due to sleep. There are no black-out curtains in the room. Two neck pillows & 2 bolster pillows were provided. My wife & I found them 1 too thin, 1 too thick. Put it this way, sleep with the thin = might as well not use one. Sleep with the thick = might as well sit and sleep. Nevertheless, decent experience overall, but may not return.

庭院房真的很小感覺沒有35平米箱子都沒地方開。酒店服務一言難盡……辦入住兩個工作人員給我們四間房辦了一個小時期間沒有別的客人。

Провела в отеле 4 ночи. + - Хорошее местоположение - Вокруг парк - Старая колониальная архитектура - Красивые обновленные номера после ремонта - Приятная зона завтраков и хорошие завтраки. Не учитывая, что я сильно отравилась после первого похода на завтрак. - - сильно отравилась во время завтрака в отеле, хотя ела все, что ем обычно и в гораздо больших объемах. Подозреваю, что была проблема либо с капучино на миндальном молоке либо с инжиром. - в отеле не принимают карты Union pay. Это выяснилось только на 3 день, когда я собиралась продлить пребывание оплатив его в отеле напрямую. При этом в 1 день заезда, когда у меня попросили карту для залогового счета и я дала карту union pay, мне сказали, что она подходит. Хотя я специально уточнила у молодого человека и сказала, что есть другая карта Мастеркард. Из-за отравления, тк меня начало сильно рвать вне отеля, я забыла снять наличные. Когда вечером вернулась в отель, то подошла на стойку регистрации и сказала, что могу оплатить этот день через сайт бронирований, тк я плохо себя чувствую и нет сил сейчас снова ехать до банкомата. Девушка на ресепшене стала смеяться в лицо, якобы я выдумываю, что сильно отравилась и требовать оплату немедленно либо наличными либо другой картой. А меня очень сильно рвало в торговом центре рядом с отелем, я почти теряла сознание и ко мне приходили сотрудники безопасности торгового центра. После нелицеприятного диалога я отказалась наотрез куда-то ехать в таком состоянии, девушка в итоге успокоилась и согласилась. Я пошла в номер и все же оплатила онлайн, чтобы ко мне не было никаких претензий. Оплатить другой картой Мастеркард в тот день не могла, тк там закончился лимит на день и не могла его быстро поменять. В Сингапуре везде принимают Union pay. - идет активный ремонт: сильно пахнет лакокрасочными материалами, шумные работы снаружи и внутри здания. Перед последней ночью пребывания ремонт уже шел на 3 этаже недалеко от моей комнаты, в итоге с утра я проснулась с сильной головной болью видимо надышалось краской. Тк систему вентиляции я отключила, но несмотря на это меня все равно продуло, тк кондиционер сам периодически включался. По поводу чего надо мной тоже смеялись и не верили. - плохая звукоизоляция номеров - окна не открываются, в номера попадает запах краски - течет вода между лейкой душа и шлангом. Через несколько дней после отъезда выяснилось, что я очень сильно простудилась. Видимо наложилось, что отравилась, надышалась лакокрасочными материалами и была неотключаемая полностью система кондиционирования в отеле.

早餐非常棒，前臺服務也很專業。基礎設施受限，剛改造的酒店，淋浴水管已經壞了，usb-c接口也沒有用，大件行李沒有地方放，陽臺被改造成衞生間，硬件不太行。

這個酒店的位置超級方便，而且周邊環境很獨特，在一個公園里麪，鬧中取靜。房間很新，裝修很有格調，每一個服務人員人都超級nice，房間的床品簡直不要太舒服，下次還會選擇的！
